Carvil was appointed by Novaplace Properties to assist with its plans to develop the land at 163-165 Edgware Road to bring forward a mixed-use development containing a hotel, with a public house and co-working space at ground floor. 

In its role as public affairs advisor, Carvil arranged a series of on-to one meetings with key stakeholders both at Brent and Barnet Council as well as a two-day public exhibition that was attended by the community in Kingsbury.  A planning application was submitted in October 2023 that received unanimous planning approval from Brent Council’s Planning Committee in March 2024.
