Carvil was appointed to assist with the development of this former petrol station site to create a new residential development containing 33 new homes including 35% on-site affordable housing.  Carvil worked with the developers arranging a series of consultation meetings with key stakeholders as well as arranging a one-day public exhibition of the redevelopment plans. A planning application was submitted in April 2016 and received unanimous approval from Southwark’s Planning Committee in July 2016. The development was completed in 2020 and is occupied.
