A planning application was submitted in August 2015 and received unanimous planning approval in January 2016 delivering 57 one and two bedroom flats surrounding a central courtyard, with a range of special spaces including a community lounge and café, cookery space, a spa and beauty room a well as fulfilling a large part of Delancey’s affordable housing obligations at 185 Park Street. Construction of the project was completed in 2021 and opened in 2022 under the name Appleby Blue.
