Carvil was appointed by Romulus Construction to provide public affairs and stakeholder consultation services to assist it with its plans to redevelop 5-17 Hammersmith Grove, Britannia House, 1-11 Glenthorne Road, 3 and 3a Hammersmith Grove and 12-18 Beadon Road to create a new office building with retail, café, restaurant and gallery uses at the ground floor. Carvil arranged a series of meetings with key stakeholders both at Hammersmith & Fulham Council and the local community to explain the plans as well as a two-day public exhibition to receive feedback from the local community which led to planning approval being obtained in November 2017. Options to include hotel use within the scheme are now being considered.
