Carvil was engaged by Peabody to provide post-submission public affairs to support its planning application to redevelop the former St Olave’s Nursing Home and Ambulance Centre on Ann Moss Way, SE16 to deliver 62 New Homes including 50% affordable housing.  In its role Carvil arranged a public meeting with neighbours affected by the development as well a series of meetings with key local stakeholders both within Southwark Council and the local community.  Planning approval was achieved at a meeting of Southwark’s Planning Committee in February 2020. Construction is ongoing and is expected to be complete in 2025.
