Carvil was appointed by Ivory Group with its plans to redevelop the land at 5-13 Board School Road, Woking to creating 60 flats in a 100% affordable housing scheme. In its role as public affairs advisor Carvil arranged a series of consultation meetings with key stakeholders at Woking Council as well as a one-day public exhibition. A development website was also established for the scheme. A planning application was submitted in January 2023 which is expected to be determined in Spring 2024.
